WebEssentially my cursor has the blue loading circle constantly flickering about 3 times every second. Currently right clicking is basically impossible b/c the menu disappears the instant the next loading circle appears. I checked in the task manager for any programs that seem to be taking up an unusual amount of cpu but nothing really pops out.
