Apr 10, 2024 · WebSouthwest: once the best and now the worst. This airline has gone from 5 star to 1 or 2 stars in the course of 2 years. On a trip from San Diego to Savannah and back using 2 flights each way, one flight each way was cancelled at the last minute. And this was well before the Christmas meltdown.
