The problem is i just cannot find my fallout3... WebJul 23, 2015 · There's a mod on the Nexus called Radial Blur Remover. It's more for vats, but you might want to try it out to see if it gets rid of that effect, because that's radial blur that won't go away. Also, I'd really recommend merging some of your mods since the game tends to get glitchy once you pass 150 or so active .esps. #8
