WebSirens is a good one! I think Cutthroat, but that's because i connect it to a song called RUNNING from an artist called NF. The songs are both about having someone they don't want in their life (Cutthroat is for me at least) and wanting them gone. I read the songs as hating your old self, or your "dark self". WebI was actually amazed at how good they sound live when I saw them in Toronto last year. The band plays the song tuned down to lower notes to preserve Dan's voice. It's different live, but sounds damn incredible. If he sang the same note saw the album every night his throat would blow out.
