WebbAt 6 months it’s recommended to give baby cereals cause they are high in iron and babies iron stores deplete after 6 months. I never did rice cereals though, we did oat. Rice cereal was often used to thicken milk in bottles or as a first solid. Its nutritionally pointless, empty calories and generally not reccomended anymore.
